![]() ![]() ![]() The Painted Man is immersive, engaging, and brilliantly written. Now that I’ve read it, I wish I hadn’t waited so long. I think it just came out when I already had a lot on my plate and so it got pushed down the TBR pile. It took me quite a while to get around to this novel. Together, they will stand against the night. Now, with hope for the future fading, three young survivors of vicious demon attacks will dare the impossible, stepping beyond the crumbling safety of the wards to risk everything in a desperate quest to regain the secrets of the past.
